Women's Outerwear and Tailoring Designer

A fantastic role has become available, to join a very solid and vertical factory owned supplier, as a private label womenswear designer, due to continued success and expansion.

Reporting in to the head of wovens and focusing largely on outerwear product, you will also cover some tailoring ranges for certain customers. Day to day, you will be researching trends inclusive of shopping trips and executing commercial and fashion forward designs with your customers in mind.

The role will be well suited to a trend driven high street women's outerwear designer, willing to cover other woven areas and a versatile handwriting. You will also have at least three years experience designing at another supplier or high street retailer. You will be used to working at pace and have a good understanding of a variety of woven fabrications, with the opportunity to work with a renowned team in China with regards to fabric development.
