Assistant Store Manager

We are excited to be recruiting for an assistant store Manager for a well established lifestyle retailer, specialising in ladieswear, menswear, accessories and home, for their store based in Guildford. The company are known for their quality, great designs and their sustainable approach to retailing.

The role of assistant store manager will be responsible for driving sales; by leading the instore and supporting them to achieve KPIs targets. It is about the customer journey for this company and you will create a positive retail atmosphere in the shop, which is focused on delivering results.

Ideally, you will have previous experience in retail management with a drive for sales. You’ll be passionate about retail and fashion with determination to succeed. You will be a strong people manager, inspiring and supporting others with your passion and expertise. A love for visual merchandising would be an advantage.
