We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to join a global luxury footwear store in Chelsea. The ideal candidate will have experience opening new stores, recruiting and training teams, and managing daily operations in a luxury retail environment, with a focus on customer service and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
-Oversee the store opening and daily operations.
-Lead and train a high-performing team.
-Manage recruitment and onboarding.
-Drive performance and ensure staff development.

Experience Required:
-Experience in opening new stores and team recruitment.
-Previous management experience in luxury retail.
-Strong leadership skills and passion for team development.
-Ability to handle operational tasks, including disciplinaries and performance reviews.
