Senior Womenswear Designer and Product Developer

This is a not to be missed opportunity for a senior womenswear designer, to join an award winning retailer as they have continued growth in Dubai.

The role:
* Elevating the brand product experience across multiproduct womenswear categories with a focus on global trends.
* Designing the collection alongside team members.
* Overseeing product development and sampling inclusive of fitting and price negotiation.
* Supervising photo shoots.
* Overseeing and mentoring design team members.
* Working closely with merchandising and liaising with offshore suppliers.

The candidate:
* Prior experience working in a senior womenswear design capacity with the ability to produce technical CAD drawings, fit samples and negotiate with suppliers.
* A contemporary handwriting.
* Leadership experience.
* Currently based in Dubai, or willing to relocate.

In return there is a salary up to 23,000 AED per month tax free, inclusive of accommodation allowance. Additionally you will have 30 days of annual leave plus public holidays and medical cover.
