Senior Talent Aquisition Manager
An exciting opportunity has come up to join a global sourcing operation, as their talent acquisition and HR manager. This role will be based in Hong Kong, and has a global reach across the business working across all roles, and HR functions.
The role:
• Delivering a people strategy, relevant to each office and its challenges and success
• Lead focus groups with senior management on people and HR
• Develop strong relationships with the managers of each sourcing office
• Develop and deliver training materials
• Empower managers in their sourcing offices to take a lead on HR issues, with coaching and training
• Responsible for overall recruitment of expat employers
• Manage the on boarding and induction
• Source new talent and build a pool of high calibre talent
• Manage recruitment agencies and build good relationships
The candidate:
• Previous experience in a management HR generalist roles
• It would desirable to be qualified at level 7 CIPD
• Strong recruitment experience
• Having a background in retail/fashion would be desirable
• Strong communication skills
• Able to influence and work collaboratively with senior management
• Based in Hong Kong ideally
