Regional Manager (East of England)
An exciting opportunity has come up for a regional manager to join a well-loved high street retailer, to cover it’s East of England region.
This role supports the head of retail, and will oversee a multitude of stores ranging from Cambridge, to Kent and Essex.
The role will see you manage various stand alone and concessions, working with store managers on KPIs and driving the business forward. You will be a team leader, able be a brand ambassador and inspire your teams to deliver excellent service within the communities. You will use your commercial acumen to make in store decisions, reflective on the local markets. Having a good knowledge of instore HR processes, and operations will help you reduce any people issues.
To be successful in this role you will:
• Have previous area management experience with a large high street retailer or a regional manager
• You will have experience with apparel
• Live within the M25/A12 and have a valid driving licence
• A strong communicator with, able to build and maintain relationships.
In return there is a salary up to £66,000 plus car allowance. You will also be entitled to various discounts, health and wellbeing benefits. The retailer pride themselves on people development and long service with its staff.
