Operations Manager

This unique fragrance retailer is looking for an operations manager to bolster its ranks and help drive the business forward. The company, utilises ethically and sustainably sourced ingredients, to create a product that smells great and also provides therapeutic benefits.

The role will entail project planning, streamlining and implementing strategies and processes across the business, supply chain and inventory management, managing the team and overseeing all company documentation.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a operational management role, within a retail environment. Capability to juggle responsibilities and previous experience in warehouse moves will also be necessary, whilst demonstrating a proactive approach will also be beneficial.

The successful applicant will receive a salary of up to £60,000 amongst a host of other benefits, that includes staff discount to some exciting products.
