Operations Manager

An exciting opportunity has come up for an operations manager with experience across retail and some logistics operations, to join unique fragrance and wellbeing retailer.
The role is a new addition to the company as they are continuing their growth an expansion within premium retail.

The role will see you:
• Managing the down to earth office based in East London, overseeing and maintaining documents including contracts, insurance, health and safety etc.
• Managing and supporting the team with meetings, travel but also recruitment and reviews of staff.
• Looking at ways to streamline processes, as well implement them to help with the continuation of growth and development within the business
• Planning projects which could include marketing events and material, recruitment drives etc
• Working across the supply chain, on product in the stores and assisting the warehouse in moves and growth, looking at ways of reporting and managing stock
• Maintaining IT infrastructure and systems the business uses

To be successful in this role you have a strong operational background across retail and logistics and be confident in talking about ideas to help the business grow further.
You will be highly organised, with strong communication skills to forge strong relationships. It will be beneficial to have knowledge of stock / inventory systems.
