Our client, a prestigious luxury womenswear retailer, is seeking an experienced Office Manager to join their team in West London. With a global presence through concessions and standalone boutiques, all products are proudly designed in the UK.

As the Office Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing general office management while taking charge of building maintenance and health and safety for the head office and boutiques. You will lead and develop one direct report and coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely, cost-effective maintenance. Additionally, you’ll manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory to keep everything well-stocked and operational.

Your responsibilities will also include handling administrative tasks such as budgeting, record-keeping, and reporting, as well as supporting health and safety initiatives to ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience in office management, with a strong background in health and safety and building maintenance. Experience in managing a team is highly desirable. As this role is within the luxury retail sector, you will also serve as a brand ambassador, reflecting the company’s values and standards. You will enjoy significant autonomy and have the opportunity to influence policies.
