Merchandiser

A leading fashion brand is seeking a skilled Merchandiser to join their team in West London. This established business create vibrant products and have strong ethics and values at its core.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with buying and design teams to develop strategies, manage the critical path, and optimize stock levels. You will balance ranges to reflect trends and drive profitability, while analyzing performance and making reforecasting decisions. Regular communication with ecommerce, retail, marketing, and branch merchandising teams is key.

The ideal candidate will have proven merchandising experience within fashion retail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple departments and teams. You must have experience working with senior leadership and be able to thrive under pressure while driving innovation.
