Luxury Store Manager

An exciting opportunity has come up for a luxury store manager to join a footwear brand launching in the UK.
This is a great chance for an accomplished store manager to hit the ground running.

As a store manager you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team, to excel with customer service and hitting KPIs.
You will be managing the stores P&L, loss prevention and health & safety needs. You will be present with the team, but be highly organised back of house with rota’s and HR issues.

To be successful in this role, you will:
• Have previous luxury store management experience
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Experience with clientelling, and building customer loyalty

In return there is a competitive salary up to £50,000 depending on experience, as well as commission. You will be in a highly desired premium London location, with great growth opportunities.
