DEPUTY MANAGER

We are seeking an experienced Deputy Store Manager to join our client's prestigious luxury chocolatier store in Central London. This role offers the opportunity to support the Store Manager in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving store performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and manage the store in their absence.
- Lead by example to provide outstanding customer service.
- Motivate and coach sales associates to achieve sales targets.
- Oversee stock management and ensure compliance with health and safety protocols.

Requirements:
