Department Manager

This industry leading cosmetics retailer, is looking for a store manager to join its team. Based out of Stansted airport, the working environment is a constant buzz and provides plenty of opportunities to drive sales and performance in alignment with the company goals.

The role will be centred around ensuring your team fulfil their potential, whilst providing excellent levels of customer service in store. Store standards and the compliance responsibilities will also fall under your jurisdiction as store manager.

Coming from a retail background, with prior experience at a management level, the ideal candidate will be a natural leader and demonstrate confidence to make effective decisions proactively.

The successful applicant will receive a salary of up to £35,000 inclusive of an achievable bonus scheme. The role also boasts a favourable work/life balance, seeing you only work two weekends throughout the month.
