Country Manager

An exciting opportunity has come up for a country manager to join a European fashion manufacturer in it’s Shanghai headquarters.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior leader to join a reputable fashion office to continue its growth and profitability.

The role:
• Provide exceptional leadership, to continue the offices profit and development
• Ensure production and product is created in a timely and high quality manner
• Manage the full office, including HR functions and legal matters
• Manage operational excellence looking at opportunities to move forward
• Ensure the supplier based is optimised and work with senior leaders

The candidate:
• Previous country management experience with a European business
• Commercial with extensive P&L and strategy experience
• Able to manage large teams, to ensure continuous team development
• Excellent communication skills
