The role will entail overseeing the store and being an example of providing excellent customer service. Ensuring the development of your team and effectively leading your team will also be required.

The ideal candidate will come with a natural flair for retail management and will also demonstrate a proactive approach. Prior experience of a boutique environment is also necessary for the role.

The successful application will receive a salary of up to £38,000, uniform allowance and an exciting bonus structure to grow your OTE
