Assistant Store Manager 12 MONTH FTC

We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Assistant Store Manager to join a dynamic women’s fashion retailer at their Lakeside location. This is a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover role, with the opportunity to step in and make a real impact on the store's success.

About the Role:
As the Assistant Store Manager, you’ll support the Store Manager in driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining high visual and commercial standards. This is a fast-paced role that requires someone confident in leadership and comfortable with high levels of direction.

- Experience in women’s fashion retail, with management or supervisory experience in a larger store environment.
- A strong focus on customer service and team leadership.
