Assistant garment technologist - childrenswear

This childrens fashion brand which is fanatical about its product, always ensures the highest level of detail, fit and quality!

The main objective of this role is to support the garment technologist in perfecting the fit of woven, jersey and knitwear products in the childrenswear ranges, taking all garments through the sealing process. You’ll attend fit sessions, providing administrative support before, during and after; along with processing product comments and photos after the fit session.

Analysis of fabric test reports, customer returns and feedback will be regular tasks and you will be a key support to the rest of the design/buying team.

You’ll also accompany the technologist to visit UK suppliers, aiding in any technical assistance needed, and visit the warehouse.

Ideally, you’ll have at least three years experience as a junior technologist or already be at assistant level, have worked on multi-product and be able to handle a fast paced environment.
