Shipping/Stock Assistant

Sitting within the Production department of a fashion/retail company, the logistics/shipping assistant will usually report into the Production Manager. A logistics or production background, preferably within a fashion and retail environment is required for the job of Logistics/Shipping assistant.

Working as a logistics/shipping assistant in the fashion industry you will be responsible for ensuring that stock is picked and pulled and assigned to the correct stores of the fashion /retail company. As a logistics/shipping assistant it is your responsibility to ensure that all shipments are sent on time and correct. Within the job of logistics/shipping assistant you will be liaising with all departments with regards to shipping schedules for all stores so excellent communication skills are required.
